Enjoy your food !
Ingredients and tools
- Fresh porcini mushrooms
- garlic
- sunflower oil
- jars with seal
- Brazier
Preparation
Clean and cut your porcini mushrooms into strips.
Cut your garlic into small pieces.
Brown your garlic in the oil.
Once the oil is hot, throw in your porcini mushrooms.
Be careful not to overcook them, they will continue to cook during sterilization. And above all, you will have to finish cooking them just before eating them.
Then, drain them, place them in jars with seals, cover them completely with their cooking oil.
Boil water in a large saucepan, place the jars in it for 4O minutes, this is for sterilization.
After 40 minutes, take them out, let them cool, and keep them in a dry, dark place.
Brazier cooking
The long-awaited moment is here. Heat your brazier. Pour your porcini mushrooms with their oil onto the griddle.
When it comes to baking, it's all about how you like them.
Crunchy? Let them brown.
Drooling? A round trip and off we go!
Of course, it is possible to eat them in an omelette or other tempting recipe.
