Instructions
Preparing the oysters and the brazier
Start by lighting your KIBRULE brazier and wait until the embers are hot.
While the brazier is heating, open the oysters using an oyster knife. Remove the top of the shell while leaving the oyster in its lower shell.
In a bowl, add all the ingredients to make the filling.
Cooking oysters in a brazier
Arrange the oysters on your hot grill. The holes in our grill will allow you to place them properly so that they lie flat.
Pour the mignonette sauce over each oyster.
Leave to cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Once the filling in each shell is bubbling you can remove them.
Service
Arrange them in a pretty dish and immediately serve the Braised Oysters with Strawberry Mignonette with extra lemon wedges for added flavor.
