  • In a bowl, add all the ingredients to make the filling.

Cooking oysters in a brazier

  1. Arrange the oysters on your hot grill. The holes in our grill will allow you to place them properly so that they lie flat.

  2. Pour the mignonette sauce over each oyster.

  3. Leave to cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Once the filling in each shell is bubbling you can remove them.
