Instructions

Preparing the lemon marinade

  • To start, combine the olive oil , parsley , garlic , squeezed lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl.

  • Place your chicken thighs in a dish and brush it with the mixture.

  • Leave the chicken thighs to marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Cooking chicken legs in a brazier

  • Heat your KIBRULE brazier until the plancha is very hot.

  • Then place the chicken thighs on the baking tray and grill them on each side.

  • You can add olive oil , lemon juice and Provence herbs as you wish.

  • While the chicken thighs are cooking, place the potatoes next to them and grill them until nicely browned.

Little tip: You can pre-cook your potatoes in water, remove them when they become elastic.
